3-Minute Theory: Becoming You - A Christmas Special
The lights are up. The year is closing.
And we sat down to reflect, not just on the year, but on ourselves.
In this Christmas special, we looked back:
On our mistakes and moments we’re proud of
On what we’re carrying that no longer serves us
And on who we want to become in the year ahead
But this wasn’t about goals or resolutions.
It was about growing up, slowing down, and making peace with the younger versions of ourselves, the ones still driving the bus sometimes.
MIND – Think
"What would you say to your younger self this Christmas?"
This episode reminded us that growth is personal and seasonal.
We covered:
Letting go of the “hustle” identity
The pressure to always be better
The deep-rooted habits that come from childhood shame
And the quiet wisdom of self-forgiveness
This time of year isn’t just about celebration.
It’s about reflection.
And reflection is where change begins.
BODY – Do
Try This: “The Year-End Mirror” (10-Minute Practice)
Take a quiet moment this week. Ask yourself:
What part of me did I abandon this year?
What part of me came back to life?
What do I want to bring into the new year, and what am I leaving behind?
Example:
“I kept chasing validation. Next year, I’ll chase alignment instead.”
Bonus: Write it down. Read it on New Year’s Eve.
HEART – Feel
Ask yourself:
“If I were enough, exactly as I am, how would I live?”
This episode reminded us that perfection is the wrong target.
Peace is the real goal.
And peace comes from:
Telling the truth
Choosing softness over self-judgment
And realising your old self doesn't need punishment, he needs closure
A Piece of Us
Konrad: “Last week was incredible. My partner and I went to Morocco for a short getaway, a few warm-ish days before all the Christmas travel kicked in.
The highlight? I tried surfing for the very first time. And damn, it was so much fun.
Even before getting in the water, I kept saying this would be another puzzle in my life that I need, like Jiu-Jitsu. And I was right. Surfing instantly earned a special place in my heart.
I already wish I could do it more, and from now on, when planning getaways, surfing won’t be optional, it’ll be part of the plan.”
