3-Minute Theory: Food, Mood & What You Ignore
We treat food like a side character in our lives.
But it’s the script, shaping your mood, your energy, your clarity, your identity.
This episode wasn't about calories or aesthetics. It was about the invisible cost of poor nutrition, the way your body starts whispering, then shouting, when your habits don’t match your biology.
And how most of us ignore it… until we can’t.
MIND – Think
“Brain fog is often just poor food in disguise.”
Mental health and food aren’t separate.
You can’t expect sharp thinking, stable emotions, or a regulated nervous system when you’re fueling your body like it’s disposable.
You spoke about brain fog, anxiety, irritability, and the long delay between the meal and the mood, how it’s easy to miss the connection.
But once you get even a week of real clarity, you can’t unsee it.
That voice in your head? It’s not always your thoughts.
Sometimes it’s your blood sugar crashing.
BODY – Do
“If you track how you feel after every meal, patterns emerge.”
Try this for 3 days:
Write down what you ate
Then, 1–2 hours later, write how you felt
Tired? Anxious? Bloated? Clear?
Notice which meals made you feel steady, and which ones made you crash.
This isn’t a diet.
It’s awareness. And with that awareness, you can start reclaiming control of how you feel, not through restriction, but through attention.
HEART – Feel
“My personality changed when I cleaned up my diet.”
This was one of the most honest moments in the episode.
You talked about how small dietary shifts led to big emotional changes: less reactivity, less frustration, more peace.
When your body’s constantly inflamed or depleted, your nervous system doesn’t feel safe.
That’s not a character flaw, that’s your biology sounding the alarm.
Changing how you eat isn’t just about health.
It’s about feeling like yourself again.
A Piece of Us
Rupert: “My life is beginning to shift, and I’m learning more about myself and the real power of mindset. January took more out of me than I expected, but I’m okay. In that pressure, I learned something beautiful about listening. For a long time my guard was up, now it’s slowly coming down.
I’m entering a reset era. Creating space to realign, to focus on what I truly want from life, and to raise my energy. Deep gratitude to those who’ve held patience with me, even through my darker moments.
I’m grateful for the chance to do right by my life and step into the best version of myself. This chapter in business is complete, and I’m moving into a phase I always knew was waiting for me. Now it’s time to free myself and move forward.
Everything will be okay in the end…”
Konrad: “Had a sick January. I was moving at 100 mph every single day, and I paid for it. I was out of my normal routine for a few days, but it's okay, I'm getting to know myself now, when to rest and when to go again.
Last week, I got back to London, saw some of my friends, and most importantly, spent some quality time with my mum. As I get older, these moments become incredibly important to me, because I know that 30 years from now I would pay everything I have for an hour with my family.
Life is great, and we move forward.”
