3-Minute Theory: What If They're Hiding the Truth?
When Rupert and I started this podcast 2 years ago, our goal was to cover the topics that interest us. From Self-Development to Conspiracy Theories. That’s our guilty pleasure.
It was thoughtful, funny, intense, and wide open to interpretation
We’re not saying we wear tinfoil hats.
But we are saying we’re not ruling them out.
This episode covered:
Aliens, Bob Lazar, Area 51
Pyramids, lost technology, and ancient builders
Nikola Tesla and free energy
Billionaires, elites, secret societies
And the big question: What’s real… and what’s just very well hidden?
Here’s what we pulled from it — in 3 minutes, 3 angles, 1 insight.
MIND – Think
"The biggest conspiracy might be how little we’re taught to question anything."
From ancient civilisations to the global elite, this episode reminded us:
Curiosity is power.
Whether it’s the pyramids’ perfect math…
Tesla’s obsession with frequency and vibration…
Or multiple government whistleblowers risking everything to say: “There’s something out there.”
The question isn’t “Is it true?”
The question is: Why are we never allowed to ask?
BODY – Do
The “What If” Journal (Try This Tonight)
Pick one thing you’ve always believed, and ask:
What’s the origin of that belief?
Who benefits if I never question it?
What would it mean if the opposite were true?
Example:
“I always believed the pyramids were tombs. But if they were power plants, what would that say about what we’ve lost?”
Conspiracies aren’t about paranoia.
They’re about mental flexibility, and the courage to say “maybe.”
HEART – Feel
Ask yourself:
"What would change about how I live if I found out this world is not what I thought it was?"
Would you still chase the same goals?
Would you still trust the same systems?
Would you still ignore the same questions?
This episode reminded us:
You don’t have to believe everything.
But you do have the right to wonder.
And that wonder? That’s what keeps us human.
A Piece of Us
Rupert: “It’s been a good week, ups and downs, but that’s life. News you never expect waits around every corner. Still, I’m proud of me. I’m proud of my brother. I’m proud of my girlfriend. We’re all growing, and I feel that deeply.
Tough situations are really just opportunities to be grateful. Never obstacles. I think I finally understand the true meaning of that. I’ve embraced what it means to have a growth mindset, especially when real setbacks hit. I’m learning what it means to be a man, and what it means to be humble.
I’m blessed for these moments.
I can finally say I’ve found God, found my faith - and I thank the universe for putting me right where I’m supposed to be."
I’m filled with gratitude. Thank you, God. I am blessed. I am becoming more me, more authentic, more grounded, more whole.”
Konrad: “I took the plunge and went solo camping in the Peak District last weekend. I love camping, but every time I’d done it before, it was with someone else. Going by myself was a little spooky, but fun! I had a lot of time to spend in my own head, and I did a very interesting exercise. I picked out the most important parts of my life and was brutally honest by asking:
Why am I doing this?
Does it feel right?
Why do I hate this?
Again, I was as brutal as possible, and to be honest, it helped me come to some realisations, that the things I’m most stressed about sometimes aren’t the things that actually make me stressed. It’s often an underlying problem that I wasn’t aware of, which I also discussed in my therapy today. Everything seems fine, I think I’m heading in the right direction. I just need patience and trust in myself and God. Everything will be fine!”
